Santé Communications acquired by Financial Dynamics for £2.5m

(London: 1st June 2007) International business communications consultancy FD International (formerly Financial Dynamics) has bought healthcare specialist Santé Communications for an undisclosed sum.

Santé Communications, based in Covent Garden, is one of the UK's leading healthcare communications consultancies, providing public relations and medical education services to a blue chip client base, including GlaxoSmithKline and Pfizer. Chief Executive and founder Liz Shanahan has built Santé into a profitable and well, respected business.

FD International is a global PR organisation and has recently joined the NYSE-listed FTI Inc., a $1.5 billion consultancy business.

D5 Capital advised the Santé Communications shareholders throughout the transaction.
