Red Door Communications acquired by Creston plc For £13.5m
(London: 7th July 2005): Creston plc, the listed marketing services group, has today acquired Red Door Communications, one of the UK's leading healthcare public relations and medical education consultants, for a maximum consideration of £13.5 million.
Red Door was founded by Catherine Warne and Julia Harries in 2000 to serve the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector. Current clients include AstraZeneca, Bayer, GlaxoSmithKline, Novartis, Roche Diagnostics and Schering Healthcare.
D5 Capital introduced the deal and advised Red Door throughout the sale process.
