LEWIS acquires Blackie MacDonald Pty (Singapore)

D5 Capital, corporate finance advisors to the creative services industry, has successfully introduced Blackie MacDonald Singapore to LEWIS, the global public relations company. The 7-strong office will be led by Erin Atan. The transaction demonstrates the ability of D5 Capital to handle cross-border transactions within the marketing services industry.

The acquisition is the 4th office opening by LEWIS in six months, following openings in Milan, Madrid, Copenhagen and San Francisco. Since acquiring the Singapore business, the office has added a range of new clients including Eli Lilley.

D5 Capital sourced the transaction through its associate network in Australia, where Blackie Macdonald is headquartered.
